Daniel Berke has joined Lewis Hymanson Small from his firm Gardner Berke. Having qualified in 2006, Berke immediately set up Carter Moore Solicitors and then became a founding member of Gardner Berke. His commercial tenacity and technical skills will make him a valuable member of LHS’s team, which has a national and international reputation and remit. Berke is one of very few solicitors who specialise in motoring defence, and as well as being a Partner at LHS he is Head of Motoring Defence. Also on the move is John McMuldroch, who joins Glaisyers LLP after seven years at Pannone. McMuldroch will become the new corporate/commercial partner, having acted for large SMEs in the e-commerce industry among others.
